Can anyone who is currently under 55 honestly say that when you turn 65 it would be a welcome and easy undertaking to shop for private (for-profit) health insurance using a government-issued voucher, in a predetermined amount, for your Medicare-like health insurance? If your answer is a truthful, well-thought out "Yes," maybe the Mitt Romney/Paul Ryan ticket is for you.
As a senior with several health issues, I know no for-profit insurance company would even reply to my inquiry, especially if the exclusion of pre-existing conditions in "Obamacare" is repealed (as the Republican-led House has voted more than 30 times to do).
Those under 55 should give this considerable thought because, trust me, health care is a huge concern for everyone over 65.
